Our Story
After working with thousands of job seekers, we realized that many job seekers had great backgrounds and qualifications but were not representing themselves well in their resumes or during the interview process. We realized that often, these job seekers were standing in their own way and even worse, they didn’t even know it.
myadvantage was created by talent acquisition professionals who wanted to share their expert knowledge and career growth techniques with professionals needing a little bit of an advantage in the talent market to achieve their personal career goals.
